Captain Jafnan Aldossary is the Director General who joined TAYARAN academy as part of the project team, He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation business and aviation management. Captain. Jafnan held several positions in fleet and training management in SAUDI ARAMCO. Capt. Jafnan holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering.

Michael Jansen oversees all aspects of the pilot training program at TAYARAN. He has extensive experience in multiple operations, training, and management positions worldwide including China, Afghanistan, Antarctica, the Caribbean, and United States. Mike holds a B.B.A. in Aviation Management, from the University of North Dakota.
