Captain Jafnan Aldossary is the Director General who joined TAYARAN academy as part of the project team, He has over 20 years of experience in the aviation business and aviation management. Captain. Jafnan held several positions in fleet and training management in SAUDI ARAMCO. Capt. Jafnan holds a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering.

Director General
Sanford is the GACA approved Safety Management Representative for TAYARAN. He is directly responsible for the performance of TAYARAN’s safety management system (SMS) and emergency response plan (ERP). Sanford holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Dakota where he served as a lecturer in the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences. At UND, Sanford taught helicopter ground schools, aviation safety, human factors, and aerospace physiology. He also served as an instructor in the university’s altitude chamber, spatial disorientation simulator, emergency vision assurance (EVAS) simulator, night vision goggle (NVG) lab, and as a helicopter flight instructor.
Sanford currently holds the following aviation certificates including
